We are based in Melbourne, but deliver stackstone door to door at reasonable rates to Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and all country towns in between. Our light weight stacked stone tiles are suited to 2nd story applications or where you maybe cladding heights over 4mtrs.

All stack stone should be sealed when layed externally when not under cover.

Wether you use a penetrating or surface sealer to achieve the final result you are after is up to you BUT it must be sealed and resealed as per manufacturers instructions. Also stackstone can naturally discolour overtime due to mineralisation or oxidation, this is a natural effect that will occur.

Prior to installing your stackstone always ensure ALL batches, boxes ( crates) are opened and shuffled to ensure even colour distribution over the entire job. This will mean opening every box of stackstone prior to starting installation to ensure an even colour distribution is achieved when installation is commenced.

This stone cladding is designed to convey a more natural modern textured appearance once installed. It is a light weight alternative to our other forms of stone cladding, weighing around 35kg/ compared to around 50-58 kgm2 for our drystack ledgestone stone cladding series.

In particular these stack stone cladding’s are light weight compared to our more traditional stacked stone veneer ledgestone stone cladding series ( drystack look). This stack stone is designed to give a more contemporary, modern appearance to your stone facade or feature wall. The light weight stack stone is very easy to install for the home handyman, as they are in fact simply stack stone tiles or panels approx 600mm (l) x 150mm (h) x 10-15mm thick. We can supply you with the correct Mapei adhesive for easy installation.
